Dr. Jennifer Hall is an expert in policy, planning and public sector governance. Her varied 20-year public sector and non profit career pairs with her years working for government ministries and crown agencies. Dr. Hall has extensive experience with international cross jurisdictional projects. Her work is increasingly focused on organizational development, policy, strategic planning and governance.
Canadian Association of Road Safety Professionals, and the Greater Victoria Police Victim Services Society. Dr. Hall teaches public administration at the University of Victoria and is also a professor at the University of Alberta, teaching in the local government program course.
