Dim Sum
Artist Statement

"Dim Sum" is a popular Chinese breakfast that offers a wide selection of small delicacies such as dumplings, buns, and rolls – just to name a few. The name can be interpreted as "point of the heart," "to touch the heart," or even "to order to your heart's content." I have chosen to categorize my small creations under "Dim Sum" because they are small, delicious in palette, richly textured, and created from the heart. Best of all, you can enjoy as many as you want without gaining any calories.
